Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks compassionate individuals to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans in center-based settings, with schedules available. The role requires a HS diploma and 6–12 months experience with children; ABA experience preferred. Kaleidoscope ABA has a 20+ year history and 29 locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring treatment plans consistent with the protocol.
