Ultimate Caring ABA in McKinney, TX is hiring a passionate Behavior Technician / RBT to join our team. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, making a direct impact on children and families.

The role involves home, clinic, or community settings; you will collect data, reinforce skills, and collaborate with families to support client goals. Prior ABA experience is valued, and travel to client locations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) required.
• Prior experience with children with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client locations in the Dallas, TX area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Collect accurate and consistent behavioral data during each therapy session.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Document session notes and progress in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all clients.
