Heartland Behavior in Missouri seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children with Autism build independence and positive behavior.

All positions start part-time with paid training and flexible afternoon or evening hours. No experience required—must complete the 40-hour RBT course and commit to at least 6 months to join our supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
