Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring for part-time roles delivering ABA services in clients' homes and community sites. You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans and support families, while collecting progress data.

No prior experience is required but completing the 40-hour RBT course is mandatory. Paid training is provided and the role offers flexible hours suitable for students, with an emphasis on impactful work helping children with Autism to thrive in their everyday

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion when working with families and clients.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
