Job summary

Heartland ABA in McPherson, KS seeks part-time RBT/ABA aides to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. Schedule: Tue/Thu/Fri 3:30pm–7:30pm and Wed 9am–1pm. Pay ranges $17–$25 per hour, experience-based. No experience required; paid training provided; must complete 40-hour RBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
