Ivy Rehab’s ABA program is seeking a Behavior Technician for a part-time shift in Highland Park, IL. You will assist with documentation, billing, and therapy under a BCBA's direction, helping children and families learn new skills and strategies.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field.
• RBT certification or pursuing certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation and billing under the supervision of a BCBA.
