Little Leaves, part of LEARN Behavioral, is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence. This role offers paid training and opportunities to grow within a collaborative team.

You’ll be doing one-on-one ABA therapy, tracking progress, following treatment plans, and collaborating with a supportive team aligned with Trellis' values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children learn, grow, and gain independence.
• Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans.
