Job summary

Little Leaves, part of LEARN Behavioral, is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence. Paid training is provided, with real opportunities to grow within the organization.

You’ll join a collaborative team, receive paid training in ABA therapy, and have the chance for advancement in as little as 3 months, along with comprehensive benefits for all employees.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old on your first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• State-specific RBT requirements may apply in some states.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children learn, grow, and gain independence.
• Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans.
