Job summary

ABS Kids in Fort Mill, SC is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to support children with autism under ABA therapy. We offer part-time shifts 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday–Friday, with opportunities to grow and train on the job. Earn $19.50–$24.00 per hour, plus a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs and benefits such as paid RBT certification, time and mileage reimbursement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Availability 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Heart for helping kids; calm, steady presence.
• Tech savviness to learn data collection software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child through ABA-based play and instruction.
• Use play to teach real-life skills and record progress data.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help develop essential life skills such as daily living and social abilities.
• Move with patience and adapt quickly to client needs.
