Heartland Behavior is seeking entry-level staff to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. No prior experience required, with paid training and opportunities for advancement. Part-time roles with flexible afternoon or evening hours are available to fit student schedules.

You will support independence and positive behaviors using evidence-based interventions, while collaborating with families and the clinical team to maximize treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Patience and caring approach for children with Autism.
• Willingness to learn ABA techniques.
• Reliable transportation to client homes/locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
