Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in client homes or community-based settings. Part-time roles start immediately, with paid training for those new to the field.

You will work with a supportive clinical team to implement individualized plans and track progress. We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, and opportunities to advance through BCBA schooling partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
