Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to support in-home therapy for a young client in Perth Amboy, NJ. This part-time role offers flexible hours, a $18–$25 per hour pay range, and a $200 sign-on bonus.

You will work closely with BCBAs to implement personalized ABA plans, track progress with data, and help develop communication, socialization, and daily living skills in collaboration with the family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
