Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Folsom, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based work. No ABA experience needed; paid training is provided to help you succeed.

You will support children with autism as they learn communication, social, and daily living skills, traveling to nearby client locations within 20–40 miles. We offer flexible part-time schedules and benefits including medical coverage options and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel (20–40 miles radius).
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
