Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking Behavioral Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis in home and community settings to teach clients new life skills.

You will travel to clients’ homes, deliver one‑on‑one behavioral services, and collect accurate data with support from GOALS supervisors. Required is a minimum age of 18, willingness to work at least 10 hours per week, and the ability to pass a background check and TB test.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years college credit or associate’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to home and other community settings to deliver services.
• Implement one‑on‑one behavioral services.
• Accurate and detailed data collection and service notes required.
• Continued support and mentorship from GOALS supervisors.
