$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Primary Work Location: Hazard, KY

Employment Status: Part-Time

Tentative Schedule: 15-20 hours/week

Job Description

Finni is looking for compassionate and enthusiastic ABA Therapists who are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work in Hazard, KY and the surrounding area!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
• Collect and record data on therapy goals
• Receive regular supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Attend team meetings and trainings as scheduled by your supervisor

What You'll Need

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
• Experience working with children and a passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to think outside of the box and a personality to make therapy fun for your clients
• Professional social skills to interact with and support caregivers
• Active RBT Certification (Preferred, but will train if needed)
• Active CPR Certification (Required, but will train if needed)
• Must pass background check (this is a requirement from the funding source)
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
