Job summary

Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) provides ABA therapy for children with autism, delivering services in home, school, and community settings in Frederick, MD. The role focuses on hands-on therapy with young learners and collaboration with families, therapists, and teams.

The position supports travel to clients' homes, data-based treatment decisions, and ongoing skill-building across communication, motor, and early academic domains.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, child development, or related field.
• Experience with young children or individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to travel 30-45 minutes to see clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with the child in conversation, motor, self-help, and pre-academic skills.
• Integrate the child's family into therapy sessions.
• Data collection and data-based decisions.
• Learn strategies to teach children with developmental delays.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate with therapists.
• Travel to clients' homes.
