Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in in-home or community-based ABA services across Iowa. You will deliver one-on-one interventions, collect session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans.

This part-time position offers Same Day Pay, flexibility, mentorship through BCBA programs, and opportunities for advancement as you gain experience in a thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
