Thrive Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children with developmental and behavioral needs in the United States. You will implement behavioral interventions according to the Behavior Plan, collect data on progress, and communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals.

The role offers flexible part-time hours with opportunities for advancement, paid sick time, and tuition reimbursement, with pay of $22.00–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and applications.
• Strong communication and patience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions per Behavior Plan.
• Provide reinforcement and redirection to children.
• Monitor and document behavior changes.
• Collect data on behavior changes.
