Job summary

Thrive Therapy ABA Philadelphia is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children with developmental and behavioral needs. You will implement interventions per Behavior Plan, collect data, and communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals.

We offer flexible schedules (part-time to full-time, per diem), pay of $22.00–$24.00 hourly, and benefits including paid sick time, professional development assistance, a referral program, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA context.
• Patient, organized and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions per Behavior Plan.
• Provide positive reinforcement and redirection to children.
• Monitor and document behavior changes.
• Collect data on behavior changes.
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
