Job summary

Headway Services is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for a young client in Hamilton, NJ. You will implement BCBA-developed plans and help the child progress in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.

The role is part-time, Monday–Friday 9:00am–12:00pm, offering earnings of $18–$25 per hour plus a $200 sign-on bonus. Experience is helpful, but training and mentorship are provided to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in psychology a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
