Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician in Union City, New Jersey, to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy under BCBA-developed plans. This part-time role offers meaningful work, a competitive hourly rate, and a $200 sign-on bonus.

You will collect data, support communication and daily living skills, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent treatment while adapting to the family’s schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
