Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to review progress and modify treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
