Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to join its pediatric ABA team in Michigan. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under a BCBA, while supporting clinicians and families to teach new skills.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. RBT certification is preferred or pursued with supervision.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field or student in a therapy curriculum.
• ABA technician experience or training is preferred.
• RBT certification or desire to obtain certification with supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility with workload changes.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills with effective therapy.
• Communicate professionally with teammates, families, and patients.
• Contribute to world-class care across ABA, PT, OT, and ST services.
