Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services, Springfield, MA, seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children to carry out individualized plans and support skill acquisition in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; physically able to perform essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to children one-on-one.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as part of daily sessions.
