Magnolia Behavior Therapy in DuPont, WA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (CBTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism under BCBA supervision. Qualifications

• Must hold Washington State CBT or RBT certification (or be eligible)
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities/ABA is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Reliable, consistent and compassionate demeanor expected

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under clinical supervision
• Accurately collect and report session data
• Ensure client safety, dignity, and privacy (HIPAA)
