Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Silver Spring, MD to deliver high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under supervision. You’ll work with children and families, collecting data and supporting treatment plans in multiple settings.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience with children preferred (caregiver, daycare, etc).
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Complete training to provide therapy (state requirements vary).
• Collect data and document client progress to inform treatment decisions.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers to support treatment plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations as needed.
