The role includes implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with supervisors and families. We provide full training, paid online training, and opportunities for certification and growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred and required
• Entry-level role with motivation to learn and grow
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
• Collect and document data accurately and communicate with supervisors and families
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Work across home, school, and clinic settings
