Job summary

A developmental support organization in Eastvale seeks Behavior Technicians to implement ABA therapy with children and adolescents. Qualifications

• Must have open availability at least 4 days a week, plus 1 weekend day if requested.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and a working cellular phone are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients according to behavior intervention plans.
• Document significant behavior changes and notify clinical team of observed behaviors.
• Participate in required meetings and complete ongoing training.
