Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is hiring an entry-level ABA assistant to provide 1:1 support to children with autism across home, school, and clinic environments in Santa Ana, CA. The role includes comprehensive training, data collection, and collaboration with families and supervisors.

No prior ABA experience required; we offer paid online training, RBT certification support, and career growth opportunities. Flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
• Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
• Reliability and strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
• Eligible for RBT certification support if pursued

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism in home, school or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Record and document data accurately for progress monitoring
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families and team
• Adapt to evolving scheduling and clinical software systems
