Job summary

Laugh and Learn Therapy LLC in Waterford, MI seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to provide clinical skills instruction and implement behavior reduction protocols for children with autism. You will collect data, maintain confidentiality, and support the therapy team in group and 1:1 settings.

You must complete 40 hours of online RBT training before start, and provide a certificate if already certified. The role includes collaboration with families and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed ABA skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress per BCBA guidance.
• Utilize safe handling procedures and maintain client confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing client materials and maintaining a clean therapy environment.
• Support Lead ABA Behavior Technician in their absence and attend trainings as required.
