Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA in Virginia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home, in-school or in-clinic ABA therapy.

You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data on client progress, and collaborate with families to ensure success. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a background check; an RBT certification is preferred or obtainable. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Background check clearance required.
• Reliable transportation; willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
