Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in clients’ homes and community settings. You will work with a team of analysts and therapists to implement interventions, collect data, and support clients in developing new skills and confidence.

About the Role:

As an ABA Behavior Technician with Champions ABA - MA, you will play a vital role in our therapy sessions, working closely with our experienced team of behavior analysts and therapists to design and implement evidence-based interventions. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, helping them to develop new skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with clients in the comfort of their own homes or in community-based settings
• Implement behavioral interventions designed to address client goals and needs
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with the treatment team to modify intervention plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and progress
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology, behavioral sciences) preferred
• No prior experience necessary; training provided by Champions ABA - MA
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, on an as-needed basis
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
