Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent and a passion for helping children. Training is provided, and positions offer part-time afternoon/evening hours with flexible scheduling to fit family needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
