Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking motivated individuals for a part-time ABA assistant role in the Kansas area. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community sites, supporting independence and positive behavior with training supplied.

No prior experience is required; the position offers full training, flexible afternoon/evening hours, and a strong entry point into psychology and ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
