Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Kansas is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community locations. You will work with our clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, recording session data on electronic devices and supporting families along the way.

No ABA experience is required—comprehensive training is provided, and many roles start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours to fit education settings and family schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Work with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
