Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks dedicated individuals to join our ABA team, delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes and community settings. No prior experience required, with full paid training and a flexible, part-time schedule to fit academic or personal commitments.

You will work under our clinical team, collecting data, supporting independence, and communicating with families to maximize treatment effectiveness. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
