Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Colorado is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive ABA team and help children achieve their goals in clients' homes or community settings.

We offer part-time roles with Same Day Pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional advancement. Paid training is provided, with a robust clinical team to support you in earning hours and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
