Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools and community settings in California. Part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; relevant degrees a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
