Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is offering part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technicians positions in South Carolina. Candidates will have the opportunity to work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies and possibly transition to full-time roles as caseloads grow.

This position includes a growth pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT and comes with several benefits, including flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and comprehensive health insurance for those working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in a related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for local travel.
• Ability to lift clients up to 50lbs and engage actively during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track progress with PBS tools.
