Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Ventura, CA is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand.

Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision; receive complimentary RBT training and opportunities to advance within PBS. Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and 401(k) with company match are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or childcare is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
