Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism. Roles include 1:1 sessions, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision in a flexible, growth-focused environment.

Opportunities to advance to RBT, complimentary 40-hour RBT training, and travel reimbursement are offered, with part-time positions that can grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education
