Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Grand Junction, Michigan. These positions offer flexible part-time hours with pathways to full-time roles and annual raises.

Key responsibilities include working directly with children with autism utilizing ABA strategies, implementing individualized treatment plans, and effectively tracking client progress. Strong communication with family and clinical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is necessary as local travel may be required.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Record and track client progress with PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend supervisions and training sessions.
