Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Fennville, Michigan. Part-time positions are available with opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Active engagement with clients during sessions and ability to move unassisted.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally when required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and training.
