Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s in related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Ability to engage clients actively, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training.
