Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Clio, Michigan. These part-time positions offer the chance to grow into full-time roles as caseloads increase.

In this role, you will provide 1:1 support to children with autism, implementing ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA, and engaging closely with families and clinical teams to facilitate optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement personalized treatment plans and collect data on client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and attend team meetings.
