Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Bad Axe, Michigan, is seeking part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide 1:1 assistance to children with autism. Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
