Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking compassionate individuals to support children with Autism through one-on-one ABA services in home or community settings. No prior experience required as full training is provided and you’ll start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours.

You’ll join a dedicated clinical team, record session data, and collaborate with families to reinforce progress. A strong desire to learn and maintain calm, caring demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to home/community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Be part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
