BrightSpring Health Services’ SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care unit in Ventura and Oxnard seeks an Assistant Clinical Supervisor on a part‑time basis. The role supports clinical supervision, administrative tasks, and direct ABA-based therapy for children with developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis or enrolled in a related program
• Pursuing BCBA
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Manager with clinical and administrative tasks
• Develop and adapt interventions focusing on positive ABA practices
• Provide training and consultation for families on behavior supports
• Help set goals across communication and functional living skills
• Participate in intake, observations, and initial behavior assessments
• Shadow therapists and provide feedback on performance
• Conduct IOAs to ensure data accuracy
• Provide therapy sessions to assigned clients
