Job summary

Behavioral Innovations invites applicants to join its ABA Apprentice program in Midwest City as a bridge between graduate studies and BCBA practice. You’ll learn from senior BCBAs in real clinical settings and follow a study plan designed to guide you toward the BCBA exam and your first BCBA role.

You’ll receive structured mentorship, hands-on experience, and a clear path to a BCBA position with growth opportunities into leadership or clinical specialties.

Qualifications

• Must have BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework within 6 months.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan

The Essentials

Compensation:

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• CO: $28.50/hour (based on experience)
