Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support in Torrington and surrounding towns.

You will offer companionship, daily living assistance, and reliable reminders to help clients maintain independence in familiar surroundings. We offer flexible day or evening shifts, including full-time or part-time options, with weekly pay and opportunities to earn through our caregiver rewards program.

Qualifications

• Availability to work in Torrington.
• Day or evening shifts, weekdays and/or weekends.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Fluent in English; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
